Straight Talk With Kathie Adler Radio
Program On the Cults, 1985 through 1988
Kathie Adler's radio broadcast "Straight Talk With Kathie Adler" aired five nights a week for four years (1985-1988) on WLIX Radio, a Long Island radio station. Kathie also conducted the Narrow Way Ministries Broadcast, a live radio program, from 1979-1981.
Kathie's Straight Talk broadcasts covered more than 950 radio shows and interviews. Subjects such as the Jonestown Massacre, The Watchtower Society, The Mormons, The Trinity, The Deity of Christ, The Angel of Yahweh, The Resurrection, Hell is For Real, Testimonies by Former Watchtower Cult Members, Evolution, and a host of other topics were covered. Kathie's programs were designed to encourage Christians in their faith as well as share their faith in Christ with cult members. Kathie's seminar tapes and radio programs which aired on the Straight Talk With Kathie Adler are available. (Guests on Kathie's programs included: Dr. Robert Morey, well known author of more than 35 Christian books including the best selling books Death and the Afterlife, The Islamic Invasion, and The Trinity, Dave Hunt, author of The Seduction of Christianity and other cult research experts as well as Madeline Balletta, founder of Bee Alive, a health company that sells fresh unprocessed royal jelly from the bee hive.
Other guests on "Straight Talk With Kathie Adler" include former cult members as well as family members who lost loved ones to a cult. Kathie's interviews with former Jehovah's Witnesses Joan Whelan, Linda Rochefort, Gerry Rochfort, Jeanie Betz, and Doris Toran offer heartwarming testimonies of God's grace to those who have been set free. Jerry Rochefort was a ministerial servant in the Watchtower Society for approximately seven years when Kathie began visiting his wife Linda so she could witness to her. Jerry's salvation was truly a miracle since he had chased Kathie Adler out of his house after he discovered that Kathie was speaking to his wife about the Bible. When Jerry came to faith in Christ he apologized to Kathie and offered her the hand of friendship.
Kathie Adler's radio interviews along with cassette tapes from the Witnesses Now for Jesus convention held each fall at Blue Mountain Christian Retreat in New Ringold, Pennslvania are available.
